2) You must be of legal age (18 years old) to join and promote our sites.

3) Only one account is allowed per company or organization.

4) We do not accept webmasters using non adult freehosts such as geocities, tripod, and angelfire.

5) We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason, solely at our discretion. We also reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice.

6) By signing up you understand and approve that Voyeur Cash can send you emails (newsletters).

7) You may NOT hot link any of our banners from our server, if you do, you WILL be cancelled without pay.

8) E-mail traffic is strictly prohibited unless your list is double opt in.
This also needs to be pre-approved before sending.

9) Voyeur Cash will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with our hosting equipment or technical errors.

10) We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way, in which case you will not be paid. If you try to cheat or defraud this program in any way, we WILL take legal action, and also share your information with other programs.

11) Voyeur Cash reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.

Fraudulent Activities.
If you attempt to defraud our system by generating false or fraudulent hits or sign-ups, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We monitor all hits and sign-ups to ensure they are not generated falsely. If you signup to a paysite using your own linking code, we will consider your account to be fraud and you will not be paid at all.

Voyeur Cash offers 5 types of payment programs.

1. 60% recurring program. You will receive a FULL 60% of all credit card and online check signups.
   No processing fees ! Furthermore you get 60% of all recurring membership until that member decides to cancel.

2. $30 per signup program. Get paid $30.00 for each full membership or converted trial membership by credit card or online check.

3. The 50% recurring (No Popups) program. You will receive a FULL 50% of all credit card and online check signups with no consoles and still no processing fees ! Furthermore you get 50% of all recurring membership fees until that member decides to cancel.

4. $25 per signup (No Popups) program. Get paid $25.00 for each full membership or converted trial membership by credit card or online check, and No Consoles !

5. 5 + 5 Webmaster Referral program. You will receive 5% of any sales, from any webmaster that you refer to our program. PLUS, 5% of tier 2 which pays you another 5% on any webmasters your referred webmaster sends our way.

Bonus Payout Levels.
Bonus payout levels of 70% recurring and $35 per signup, OR 60% Recurring (Console Free) and $30 per signup (Console Free), can be achieved.
Your account will be approved for the bonus level payouts upon reaching 60 new signups within one pay period. The bonus level will take effect at the start of the next period and be in effect for the remainder of that period regardless of sales within the bonus period.
You will remain at the bonus level for as long as you maintain at least 60 signups per period.

Rules On Traffic.
You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein.
Sending any hits from any URL's that contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of the administration will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, warez, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, Mp3, unlicensed content or any other site we deem illegal. If we come across illegal content such as the above, we WILL report it to the authorities.

Ways To Get Paid.

Check:
The minimum check amount must equal or exceed the amount of $50.00 before a check can be issued. Checks are free.

Epassporte:
The minimum epassporte transfer amount must equal or exceed the amount of $50.00 before a epassporte transfer can be made. The cost of epassporte transfers are $2.

Wires:
The minimum wire amount must equal or exceed the amount of $500.00 before a wire can be made. The cost of wires are $30.

The pay periods are from 1st to the 15th and the 16th to the end of month. Payments will be made 15 days after each pay period to help offset any fraud or chargebacks.
